二零零九年元旦这天，一位好心人找到陈真萍的小女儿金昭环，告知了陈真萍在第一看守所的最新情况：郑州市金水区法院法官任远和马庭长一同来到第一看守所，强迫陈真萍在判期十八年的判决书上签字，陈真萍坚决否决，不配合邪恶，不承认迫害。最后，任远等人临走说，你不签也是这样了。
二零零八年七月九日被郑州市国保大队绑架到第一看守所之后，于八月十九日被郑州市金水区法院秘密判刑。法官任远当时在拿不出任何书面文件下叫嚣要给她判七至十五年。如今，陈真萍的女儿替母亲请了北京维权律师李苏滨提起上诉，按照法律程序法院必须给予律师起诉书和允许律师见当事人陈真萍，但是法院执法犯法，拒不履行此法律程序。
陈的小女儿金昭环之前多次去法院要母亲的判决书，请律师提起上诉，但是任远等人为了拖延时间，每次见到陈的小女儿就是不理不睬。还多次重复地说：“现在不能确定你的身份，不能给你，谁知道你是不是她的女儿。”当陈的小女儿拿了户口簿和身份证再见任远时，他却说：“我要请示领导，你回家等吧。”
陈真萍的辩护律师李苏滨说，法官（任远）居然连起诉书都不给，一切都是在秘密进行。他现在已经不单单是违法了，他的行为实际上已是犯罪；不仅是滥用职权，还涉及到破坏法律实施罪。李苏滨律师表示，还是要依法维护当事人的权宜，根据相应的法律规定，对这个法官进行举报投诉。
法官任远在陈真萍小女儿的催促下，答应一月四日给判决书。一月四日，陈的小女儿再次来到金水区法院要判决书，法官任远又摆出一副不认识人的样子，说：“我不知道你是不是她的女儿，请出示户口簿和身份证件。”陈的小女儿气愤地说：“你们欺负人，今天你不给我判决书，我就不走了。”然后法官任远把她推倒在地，并开始拳打脚踢，抓住她的头发往墙上撞击，任远的办公室人员开始拉任远。陈的小女儿被打得直哭，说要找庭长，打110找警察报警。
她来到庭长办公室，告诉马庭长自己被任远殴打的过程。马庭长却说，你不要乱说话，冤枉人。立即带领一起来到任远办公室，办公室每个人都回答统一口径，说“没看见。你不要乱说话。”陈的小女儿又拨打了110，110报警中心说，不管。陈小女儿的朋友也随后来到法院讨理，庭长等人撒谎说她是乱说造谣。法院没有打人。陈小女儿的朋友们也气愤地说：老天有眼！
陈真萍的大女儿金昭宇在芬兰呼吁国际社会营救在中国被迫害的母亲，联系了近两百个议员，及欧盟、大赦国际和红十字会等组织，他们对陈真萍遭受的迫害和在狱中被强迫劳动的事实，感到不可思议，想不到这种残酷的迫害就真实的存在于中国。其中有芬兰议员表示将会把这个情况报告给总统。
金昭宇和丈夫也给芬兰总统写了求救信，总统也给他们回了信；回应他们的还有欧盟、大赦国际等，其中大赦国际还拟稿让全世界每个国家的大赦国际组织同时往河南省郑州市发营救信，要求当局立即释放陈真萍，信仰无罪。

致中国政府：
芬兰国会议员设立的人权组织非常担心来自中国的有关信息。国会议员非常担忧并怀疑，中国政府实际上未尊重所签署的国际人权协议，也未贯彻履行国内正在实施的基本法、刑法和国民权利的最基本原则。我们尊重并呼吁中国政府必须停止侵犯人权行为，并要求当局保证贯彻履行，对中国国民实施的基本法律。
中国年轻妇女金昭宇今年7月份通过旅游签证到达芬兰。于2008年10月17日，她在赫尔辛基会见芬兰国会人权组织，并讲述她非常担心居住在中国河南省郑州市的母亲的生命安全。
金昭宇说，她到芬兰第二天，中国警方无任何理由闯入她母亲的房子。她母亲陈真萍被逮捕，并且房屋内的几乎所有东西被腾空。
金昭宇通知我们并断定，她母亲的逮捕，涉嫌中国前国家主席江泽民在任时候开始的政策。他们的目的是，彻底禁止法轮功人员在中国炼功。

芬兰国会人权组织呼吁，并且要求中国政府核实清楚陈真萍的处境，如果她被监禁，尽可能早些释放她。

Falun Gong practitioner Chen Zhenping was arrested without a warrant on
9July at her home in the city of Zhengzhou， Henan province. Her family
havenot been allowed to visit her， and it is unclear where she is now
held. Sheis in grave danger of torture。
She was first held for 10 days at Matougang Village Detention Centre，
andthen moved to Zhengzhou City No.1 Detention Centre. Zhengzhou City
JingshuiPeople’s Court officials told one of her relatives on 10 October
that ChenZhenping had been sentenced to between seven and 15 years'
imprisonment.However， the family have not been served an official
notification of a trialby court authorities。
After Chen was arrested， her family contacted lawyers in Zhengzhou
torepresent her. The lawyers told them that before the Olympic Games
thegovernment had warned them not to take Falun Gong cases. Chen is
thereforeunlikely to have had legal representation， making any trial
that took placeunfair。
On 28 October Chen’s family discovered that her signature had been
forgedon the register where detainees are required to sign when they
receiveprovisions from relatives and friends。
According to a fellow inmate， Chen Zhenping has been held in a cell
withover 30 people and forced to sleep on the floor. She was reported by
aformer cell-mate to have been forced to work up to 19 hours a day
producingrugs， Q-tips and other goods， with strict production targets：
if she did notmeet these targets she was beaten and otherwise ill-treated。
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Falun Gong is a spiritual movement that gained large numbers of
adherents inChina during the 1990s. After a peaceful sit-in on Tiananmen
Square in July1999， the government outlawed the group and launched a
long-term campaign ofintimidation and persecution， directed by a special
organization called the610 Office. The crackdown on Falun Gong
intensified in the lead-up to theOlympics. Falun Gong sources reported
over 8000 arrests of Falun Gongpractitioners nationwide during this
period， and say that in 2007 over 100died in detention or shortly after
being released due to torture， starvationand lack of medicine. Falun
Gong practitioners are a primary target ofChina’s system of Re-education
through Labour （RTL）， a form of punitiveadministrative detention in
which people can be deprived of their libertywithout trial for up to
four years. Between 300，000 and 500，000 people areestimated to be under
RTL。
RECOMMENDED ACTION： Please send appeals to arrive as quickly as
possible， inEnglish or your own language：
- asking the authorities where Chen Zhenping is held， and asking them
toprovide immediate guarantees for her safety， and assurances that she
willnot be tortured or ill-treated；
- asking them to release Chen Zhenping immediately and
unconditionallyunless she is to be charged with a recognizably criminal
offence；
-- demanding she be given immediate access to a lawyer of her own
choosing，her family and any medical treatment she may require；
-- expressing concern that she has been imprisoned solely for her
religiousbeliefs。
